Return Period
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In the original packaging when applicable
- Free from damage, excessive handling, or signs of misuse
- Accompanied by the original order information
- Returned with included accessories or components when applicable
Stationery & Office Supplies
Products such as pens, sticky notes, paper clips, staplers, scissors, paper trimmers, and other stationery or office supplies should be returned in their original condition when eligible.
Consumable or used items may not qualify for a return if they have been substantially used, altered, damaged, or otherwise made unsuitable for resale.
Laminating Pouches
Laminating pouches should be returned unused and in their original packaging when applicable. Opened packages or used laminating pouches may not be eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly after delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
We will review the information and determine the appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been used, damaged through misuse, altered, or returned without required components may not qualify for a return or refund.
